This little vignette appeared in my garden and the colors seemed like an elegant tapestry. I love how pieces of the same dianthus plant switch colors on a whim.
This original watercolor was done on paper stretched over a wrapped canvas. The painting continues around the four sides and is sealed with cold wax medium. No frame or glass is needed.
